A good speech. He is on board with exposing Perestroika Deception, Trump, Russia, and China. He seems to me to be a legitimate defector, although time will tell. I did notice one bit of apparent disinformation: he endorsed the Kremlin narrative that the United States was behind the AIDS virus.
