What your nails could be telling you about your health:
1. Vertical discoloration in the center of your nail
• Low protein
• Low vitamin D
• Low vitamin B12
Horizontal lines that go across the nail
• Low vitamin B3
• Low calcium
• Low zinc
White dot on your nail
• Low zinc (due to a high carb diet)
Easily chipped nail
• Low vitamin B6
• Low magnesium
Brittle nails
• Low iron
• Low HCL (hydrochloric acid)
All white nail
