Published on Jan 8, 2022
Bart D. Ehrman (PhD) is an American New Testament scholar focusing on textual criticism of the New Testament, the historical Jesus, and the origins and development of early Christianity. He has written and edited 30 books, including three college textbooks. He has also authored six New York Times bestsellers. He is currently the James A. Gray Distinguished Professor of Religious Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In this video we discuss the Historical Jesus and Mythicism. We attempt to separate the myth from the history and see what we have left as far as details for the life of Jesus of Nazareth. We discuss the key Mythicist arguments and the reasons why we think Jesus was a historical person, despite NO physical evidence or Primary Sources for the life of Jesus.
